<\/figure>\n\n\n\n\u201cI had tried to take Cuddy out for some fresh air since he\u2019s always in the house, but he\u2019s very sensitive to loud noises, and usually he just sits under the chair in the car. But this time there was a noise that startled him, and it caused him to run into deep woods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I tried to call for him and even went and bought a flashlight to look into the woods, but he did not want to show himself. So I looked online, and I went and got his favorite treats that he loves so much since it helps cats track the scent. But he still did not want to show himself, so I looked all night. I knew that he was actually scared because he was not making any noise when I would call for him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I had left some treats before I went to work at the spot that he disappeared in. After work I went straight there to see if he ate them, and it turned out he did. He was not even that far because as soon as I called for him, he answered. I went back in the woods with his treat, and he came running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I thought she might have been a neighbor\u2019s dog, so I spent the next 2.5 hours walking the neighborhood and driving her around, flagging down cars, talking to people walking, but no one had ever seen her before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I got a call one morning from the owner who had been notified by a friend who was checking PawBoost daily for Princess. The friend loved Princess so much and had been heartbroken that she had gone missing. If it hadn\u2019t been for PawBoost. I might never have found her owners. They were on the verge of giving up hope that she would be found safe and unharmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I listed Rusty as missing on PawBoost and on the No-Kill Network. Yesterday I received a text from an unknown number advising me to download the Nextdoor app, so I did. I assume they got my number from PawBoost. The first thing I saw on my feed was a post of Rusty sitting on someone\u2019s patio wanting to come inside. That person was located one neighbor over, and they were gracious enough to keep Rusty in their garage so I could pick him up. Now Rusty is home safe & sound, being showered with love from my family and me. It is clear that Rusty is happy to be home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had to move, and when we arrived in San Leandro, Chef could no longer be outside because we moved to an apartment on the 3rd floor. Chef became a little shy and always hid, so my brother wanted to take him out for a walk on a leash. There was a loud noise, and Chef got out of the leash, went through a big fence, and my brother couldn\u2019t catch him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I posted to PawBoost and was reading the comments in the post that someone said to go out at 12am – 3am and to call his name. So we went at 12am, and 30 min later we found him. He was at one house in the corner; he was so close to us the whole time, but he was not there during the day, just at night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
