black w/ grey very fluffy just groomed. Pepper was last seen by a neighbor one block away NE 61st at 1230pm by a man dark skin in his 50's who knocked at her door because Pepper was by her front door. She said he wasn't hers and she couldn't keep him so he put Pepper in his car and left. She thinks the car was American but could not describe it color maybe gray.
