Candee Abrahamson Roth Candee there are people that trap, neuter and release colonies of cats constantly that work with the local Vets. They know ALL the secrets of trapping kitties. I think I would call around to some small animal Vets and ask who their Colony Trapper Expert is? See whose name keeps coming up and that is the person you need to call for help or suggestions!
