"This cat was rescued from a storm drain on my works property. He was friendly after the incident and wanted to come inside. He was shivering and hungry, However, was still purring. He came with me because of the cold weather conditions and has not left my side since. He is extremely very loveable, playful and a cuddle bug. I am not sure if this cat has an owner or is an alley cat, as the neighborhood he was found in has many feral cats. I want to make sure this cat is not a pet before he is released or taken to the Humane Society. I would take care of him, However, I am not able to at this time and want this cat to be with his owner or a loving where his needs can be met. "
