Thank you so much for helping him. Please, please make anyone claiming him give you photos or identifying marks, etc. Lots of low-lifes out there who like glomming onto lost dogs as bait-dogs or dog-fight "sparring partners." So glad you're keeping him safe.

Bless you for keeping the dog safe!! Hope the owner can be found. Make sure there is proof of ownership. If you can take the dog to a vet to see if the dog has a chip.
