VCA won't check for microchips anymore because they aren't getting compensated to do so. I tried them first. Because I'm in unincorporated area I had to call Alameda County. Sadly no microchip on this cutie.

So cute. File a found report with the SL Pd Animal Control. Post on Nextdoor. You can take this cutie to the SL emergency vet on Washington Blvd in SL and get it scanned for a microchip. Make sure if s as my one claims this fog they show proof it is their dog. Thank you for keeping this cutie safe in the meantime.
