Sorry but this photo is highly suious. 1. It looks very badly photoshopped 2. She was posing just like this holding the dog up when the photo was taken? and 3. From what vantage point was this photo taken that it’s looking down, wide, and perfectly framed like this? I sincerely hope that if the owner lost her dog, she does find him. But I also hope that if this photo is being posted maliciously or in error, it should be taken down so that resources are not being diverted in the wrong direction.
