Thanks to Melisa Green and Naomi (social workers) who found Miller just blocks away and minutes from the time he ran off. Certainly many thanks to Facebook Lost Dogs which led to Melisa finding me and Pets Without Parents who cared for Miller and easily relinquished him to me without charge. I gave them a small donation anyway!
