DESCRIPTION

Rufus is a 20 month old Standard Poodle. He is 54lbs and is an intact Male dog. He is Black and White with White Across his shoulders. He is Not aggressive at all but he is skittish as he is a rescue and only been with his foster for two days. He is wearing an Orange collar with SCPR tags! He was spotted a mile away from his Foster. HIS IS MICROCHIPPED PLEASE DO NOT CHASE OR TRY TO GRAB HIM!

He was spotted this morning at 7:51am in Harpers Ferry by the police station going toward the river/down town area. Please set up traps, I called the number on the flyer and LVM.
