You can try these suggestions:
1. Use an amber alert like Lost My Kitty: https://www.lostmykitty.com/
2. File a Missing Pet Report with Fairfax County: https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/animalshelter/lostandfoundpets/filereport
4. Notify the Microchip company
5. Add flyers to the entire neighborhood on telephone poles and stop signs (use sheet protectors with the opening in the bottom)
6. You can also do door to door signs and hand out to dog walkers, etc.
7. Contact The Lost Animal Resource Group for help and support. They are a group of volunteers that helps reunite missing pets:

8. Post on neighborhood facebook groups and also the Neighbors Ring App
9. Leave bed, food and water outside your front porch, sometimes they make their way back.
