Hooga's Owner Says
Thanks to the quick thinking and overwhelming love and support from the community in which I live, Hooga was found several miles from my home, and returned to a friend who immediately had her taken to my vet for treatment of her wounds and evaluation. The pads in her paws were very sore and bleeding, so I was able to treat those by keeping her indoors and giving her gabapentin twice daily after I was released from the hospital. Prior to my release from the hospital, several members of my community and family members, took amazing care of her. I’m with family for the Christmas Holiday, but return home the day after Christmas. I intend to obtain the name and phone number of the person or person’s that found her so I can thank them personally. Thank you to everyone who searched so diligently and never gave up. It truly does “take a village”. God Bless you all!
