Found this kitty laying near the road. They had on a flea collar that was way too tight and left a permanent mark around its neck. Extremely underweight. Super friendly and loving. I’m not sure if this cat was a kitten when it ran away and that’s why the collar was on too tight or what. I would hope no one would think that’s how you put a collar on an adult cat. Cause if that’s the case then this kitty will live with me. Collar free. I have a vet appointment this weekend to see if they have a micro chip and also to make sure they weren’t hit by a car or anything. It’s eating fine and slowly regaining its meow.
