Be sure to file a Lost Report with Animal Control and check at Peninsula Regional Animal Shelter if found...check all small areas he could find in around area went missing from...post on Lost & Found Pets - Hampton Roads, VA, Nextdoor app and Neighbors app...

I don’t know if their behavior, but does he have a litter box in the house he can put out for a scent, put out some stinky food and a blanket with your scent on it, his favorite treats.
