Hungry Kitty!

Does anyone recognize this kitty? Distinct two white stripes on tail. Started coming around towards end of April. This morning was in my backyard. First time I’ve seen him/her other than from when my camera picks up her movements late at night/early morning. I brought some food out. She ran away but observed from a distance. Came back to eat once I went back inside. Was very hungry!! Wary but I don’t believe feral. Thinking she might be someone’s pet that got out. Colonie High School area.
