**PHOTO IS NOT ACTUAL CAT**Deceased black and white cat. Mainly black with a white chest, looked shorthair. Unsure on . In Norfolk on Ballentine Blvd between Dana St and Tarrant St. On the right side of sidewalk (if you’re facing princess anne). I would have stopped and picked it up to take to a vet to get scanned but I’m running late to my rescue shift in Virginia Beach and can’t stop. Just in case anyone in that area is missing a cat fitting that description.
