There is a black lab mix female ,that took up at in sylvania, ga where we are staying. She has been fixed, looks to be a year or so maybe younger, has white splotch on chest. She has a definite "collar ring" where I can see she must've gotten out of her collar. Could this be the same dog?? Cant tell by the pic.
