Candace Baltrus Jensen another neighbor caught him took him to the Humane Society to get neutered on the Sunday before Ian. Humane Society dumped him back on Tuesday before Ian. He was outside my door Wednesday morning of Ian. He will not let any of us near him especially the lady that trapped him, lol!
