This is horrendous! Please file a police report and have them question the landlord as to where the cat was left! I’m so sorry for you and for the poor kitty. ❤️

I agree with Mary. This is Illegal and terrible. You may want to file a police report for animal cruelty/abandonment p. MpThe authorities should be able to question your landlord for information on where your cat is. I hope he is found soon. Also post on Nextdoor and Lost/found pets of Hayward Facebook page.
