Call all area police, vet hosputals, shelters and rescues. Get flyers to them. Visit all shelters and walk through every week. Call them in between visits. Get a connection person at each place who will remember, you and your cat Incase they hear something or it shows up there. Put a lost ad on Pet Finder online and continue to check there plus their Found Ads. Get family, friends and neighbors to bundle up and get outside calling for him. Also listen for him. Cats get scared and sometimes hide
under bushes, up trees, etc.
Put his bed outside where he went missing and some of his toys, plus an UNwashed shirt from the prime owner, plus a bowl of water. Not food which would attract other animals. Check that spot often, have neighbors and family members church too. Call for him. Put flyers all around around. Add, family grieving.
Ask all neighbors to check garages, window wells, etc. if there is any chance he could have gotten across Philadelphia lines, call and GO TO ACCT, Animal Care And Control, 111 Hunting Park Ave, Philadelphia. That is the largest animal shelter in Phila. and ALL animals picked up in Phila. are taken there.
Keep doing everything I told you. If he is micro chipped , call your micro chip connection and make sure your account is active, up to date and working. Call local tv stations and ask for coverage. Sometimes they will help, especially after all this cold weather. I wish you the best of luck. Don’t give up, you cat is somewhere.
