Please get proof of ownership for the cat (vet records, pictures) and photo ID from anyone who tries to claim him/her.

Thanks for saving this sweetie. Please take it to a 24 hour Veterinary clinic and have it checked for a micro chip or tattoo. They can usually keep strays until Animal Services can pick it up. Please call all Veterinary clinics and animal rescues and let them know where this sweetie will be kept. Hopefully it's family is calling around looking for it.
