She is a brown and tan pomeranian chihuahua and weighs no more than 10 lbs. She was lost 7/3 off of portsmouth blvd near victory crossing!!! She took off because she was scared of the fireworks. She usually stays right by my side... She is timid but will not bite. She was last spotted on Rutter st in Portsmouth or near the mlk expressway... she has also been spotted near TCC and also near the taco bell on portsmouth blvd so we believe she could be anywhere in between.
