How sweet! Please get it scanned for a microchip ASAP and post on Nextdoor. File a found report with the shelter. Put fliers on nearby neighbors porches asking them if they know who’s kitty it is. Thanks for keeping this cutie safe in the meantime

🐱💜Dear kind compassionate neighbor. I ADORE people like you who look out for the often ignored lost/stray roaming kitty. Thank you for saving this kitty’s life!🐱💜 🐱 Lost cats REMAIN very near their last residence …Unfortunately many kitty guardians give up WAY TOO SOON on the search assuming kitty is never coming back or deceased (not realizing how close they remain and/or sometimes they're trapped in a garage etc) Kitty could belong to an elderly person who lives alone and/or doesn't use the internet or know how to find kitty (or can't physically get around well). And some cats get abandoned…. 🐱 And Most folks will NOTt see these posts on pawboost, nextdoor or facebook. So Informing your neighbors in person is KEY. The neighbors around your block and across the street are exactly who needs to be informed… THE BEST THING TO DO: (Since he is not fixed most likely he's not microchipped) 🐱💜 SCAN KITTY FOR MICROCHIP: Get kitty safely in a SECURE cat carrier and get kitty scanned for a chip at any vet or shelter hopefully the chip is up to date with the owner’s contact info. 🐱💜PRINT “FOUND- IS THIS YOUR CAT” FLYERS - Post up Flyers around your block on both sides of every lamppost - and distribute flyers door to door around the block and across the street to all your neighbors . KNOCK ON DOORS and ask if anyone knows where this sweet kitty lives... leave a note or FLYER if not home ( use that blue painters tape to adhere directly to front doors or mailboxes so they are noticed. You want to cover ALL possibilities. Spreading the word IN PERSON and online/ FOUND CAT (Friendly) TEMPLATE https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ohg8MW56MKlrZbBsddIW75Vl6QICG93f/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=102845077284118854428&rtpof=true&sd=true 🐱💜 PLACE FLYERS you post-up on lamp posts inside those ‘clear sheet protectors’ with the opening facing down’ so FLYERS don’t get ruined by weather (google clear sheet protectors - they sell at staples, target, fedex print stores and amazon) Use alot of Clear Painter’s tape to post up on lampposts. You can buy packing and painters tape, clear sheet protectors Flyer sheet protectors on amazon: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10I_aHnjJ9rX6rYbGi6v7AWUTJVqggIxD/view?usp=sharing You can get FLYERS printed at your local FEDEX print store via online COPY order for pick up- cheaper than most. Let me know if you need help creating the flyer - (free) ONLINE: 🐱 Post on nextdoor.com under 'Lost and Found’ in your neighborhood' and the 'Cat Owner' groups: 1. INVITE TO NEXTDOOR ‘CAT OWNERS GROUP:https://nextdoor.com/g/qazvu50sq/ 🐱 Report ‘FOUND’ cat on 24petconnect, and check for LOST cats posted. 🐱 Report ‘Found’ cat at your local animal shelter/s. 🐱. Check your local animal shelter/s for ‘LOST’ cats reported online. Thank you again for being a true angel 🐱💜 Wish I could CLONE you 🐱💜 Damia foti 650-339-6619 (www.happycatlday.com) 🐱 APARTMENT BUILDINGS: For distributing flyer, .I always ring multiple door bells and talk to folks and/or at least get inside the lobby so I can leave a flyer In front of each apt door or if not an option then tape flyers directly next to EACH mail box to ensure everyone is aware MAILBOXES EXAMPLE _ FLYERING https://drive.google.com/.../1pQTHFCYD.../view…
