I did not notice a collar but I wasn't paying very close attention as we have dogs walk by a lot

Has this fur baby been located? I saw what i think may be this same pup two days ago. First time was in the Kroger parking lot on Phelan and the second awhile later walking past my office on 18th street. Im not positive but they look exactly the same.
