Yes - please go out and take her favorite treats and call her. Ask your neighbors to check their garages - sheds - under stairs - decks and bushes. She's probably hiding somewhere close and feeling scared and confused. Ask your neighbors to check more than once as cats are very good at hiding.
Go out at night when it's quiet and take her favorite treats. Call her softly and listen for soft meows. Take a flashlight and look under bushes and other hiding places for reflective cat eyes. Try to go out every night at about the same time. If its very late and quite - she will feel more confident about coming out of hiding.
Call Veterinary clinics and animal shelters in case someone brought her in or called about spotting her.
Don't give up - put up posters and talking to people in your area.
