Thank you, that’s what I read. The statement says FOUND, that is usually used when the dog is at the persons home that found it or has been taken to a facility where it can be claimed. SIGHTING, is the classification for yours. That’s why I asked to clarify, because I share the post to try and help. So very grateful for your post, thank you for caring
