Your kitty is likely hiding close by. Cross-post on petfbi and nextdoor. Post flyers. Check with neighbors and their cameras. Keep checking social media, shelters/cacc, police, vets.

He is probably very close to home, just scared & hiding. Look in the early morning hours and late at night when it is quiet outside. If chipped, notify the microchip company.
