#drsf has some sort of agreement with the county shelters in the tri-county area that when certain types of small dogs are brought in, to call them right away. I was witness to an incident where a renowned Miami Chef and his wife were at #MDAS actively in the midst of adopting a doxie, when a shelter supervisor came, interrupted the adoption, & said the dog was being given to a rescue -- #drsf. The law is clear that adoptions pre-empt rescue pulls. It would be interesting to learn what kind of favours Pam Weiner is giving the Dade Co Commission that she can pull off breaking that big of a law and rule.
Pam Weiner and her minions are regularly in the habit of "picking up strays", when they're not out right stealing them from disabled and vulnerable people. I know because I've advocated against them for clients who've had their pets stolen by DRSF or on behalf of them.
Check with neighbours who have video door bells & surveillance. Maybe they have video of your dog.
Check with Ring and blink com. Ask them if they have any subscribers in your area who might have recorded your pup walking by.
