Try putting the litter box outside the door and maybe a blanket or something with your scent on it. Cats have an unbelievable sense of smell, up to a mile away. Sometimes when they smell a familiar scent they follow it home. Look for kitty early in the morning and late night when it’s quiet. They are more likely to come out of hiding at those times. It’s not as scary. Any neighbors with sheds or buildings that kitty could have gone into? Most neighbors are willing to help and open them up. Go to your local shelters in person- they don’t always know who they have due to so many pets coming in. You might also check local vet offices. People often go to check for microchips there.
