Wearing a harness and collar, met someone who said he lives near flax hill road in Norwalk and the owner was looking for him earlier in the day. I believe he may be hiding in the neighborhood behind the south Norwalk train station

Tan/ brown wire hair terrier mix, young about 40-50 lbs, unfortunately I saw him get hit by a car after taking this photo, back left leg appears to be broken, he took off running after being hit and I lost sight of him.
