Call Animal Control to pick this dog up. They will come out to the area the dog was seen and take the dog. They will place the dog in a shelter after they check for a microchip in case an owner microchipped the dog. If micro chipped they will contact the owner.

I do not know how this works . If this post is on paw boost does animal control know this dog is out there . Sounds like he will dodge the humans unless they are experienced at catching cagey , scared ,cold dogs .
