Cat definitely belongs to someone. Seen it around my complex hunting squirrels and just roaming around. Looks like a lost one reported by HomeAgain but they won't do anything without a microchip number and the cat won't let me grab it. Maybe if it's owners stop by the area, the cat will go towards them! Feel free to contact me if you need more specific info.
DESCRIPTION
Black and white cat with a grayish looking collar and red tag. Seen it roaming my apartment complex a few days. Can't read the tag since it's a very cautious cat and keeps running away.
