DESCRIPTION
I found what seems to be a mother (5-ish) and daughter (about 1 yr) wandering the streets. They are super sweet and happy, friendly. Mom at least definitely used to have a (the one on the right) and knows basic commands. I will foster for now and hope to find their parent.
