Small black and white floof puppy, maybe chihuahua papillon? Unsure, about 15 pounds, very sweet.

This baby was walking down tower rd in the rain during the morning rush so i scooped them up. The baby is safe and dry, and missing their family.

Are you able to take him to a vet to have him scanned. It’s free. If they don’t find a chip, please take it to another vet or Allied or the Shelter to check for a chip. It’s so often missed. Thank you so much for saving this pup.
