Found ~ I have been feeding a very skittish black cat wearing a blue collar on our front porch. Can not approach it but he/she is appears here all times of the day and night and acts hungry (which makes me think it is lost). Picture taken through the window as it runs and cries in the bushes if I open the door. Location is just off Veale Rd in Wilmington, DE 19810. I am trying to find the cat's owners. Thanks if you can help!
