I don’t know if he’s a stray(he looks like a male to me) but it’s freezing out!!!! He looked like he was shivering. I threw a tote out with towels and a blanket covering it hopefully he will use it. I tried to bring him in but only once he was not happy. He’s been here a few times lately. Does he belong to anyone??
