We are so thankful that a lady saw him and took a photo to send us, he was only about 15 mins walk away from where he'd been staying with my daughter. It seems he'd been liviing in the storm drain, it took about 10 mins to get him to come out; he seemed traumatised and malnourished. He's back home in Charlottesville now and regaining lost weight. THANKS
