In our area someone just posted a picture of "skinny sweet stray" that was hanging around her home ... someone saw him and it turned out to be her cat that disappeared over a year ago .... so don't give up .. prayers for hope

I saw a flame point Siamese at this address tonight when I was biking home. It’s right at the address where you said ChiChi was lost so perhaps it’s where you live and this is your other cat. However, I thought I should let you know just in case it is the cat you lost. This house is on Alvarado in the 700 block Southeast. I tried to take a picture of the cat but he walked into the carport and disappeared. I’m sorry.
