If he is the same cat that came from the cat care Society. The cats are microchip there. Often times shelters call them and return the cats to them. Until they can find the owner. What I mean is if he came from the Cat Care Society. I would contact them. It also possible it just a random coincidence and he didn’t come from there.

He has a microchip. Do you mean the cat society would have him micro chipped and sent back there?

I could be totally wrong. This cat looks like one they had at the cat care Society awhile ago. Point is if it was this cat. It would be micro chipped and sent back to them if found.
