Any number of things could have happened that lead to the puppy getting outside. Doesn’t make it careless of the owner because of it. That’s why we have these lost and found pet sites. We shouldn’t be on here making anyone feel worse than they already do.

Again and again..how does a puppy get loose...they can't be out side for even a second..that poor tiny baby has no, none protection from predators.. what a shame. Terrible..so careless.
