This cat definitely belongs to someone. It was wandering around the inside of my apartment building, no collar but very friendly and very clean. Doesn’t belong to my neighbors. She (?) allowed me to pick her up. We went outside but she didn’t choose a direction so I took her back to my place. She’s very vocal and seems like she wants to get home but it’s cold and dark and I would hate for her to get hit.
