This pet definitely has an owner, sat in my lap and purred away, I gave him(I believe it’s a male) food and water so he’ll be okay for a little while, he is very talkative and loves cuddles, he also had a collar on, I believe it was a flea collar but I’m unsure. I tried to get him in a carrier to take him home until I found his owner(s) but he wasn’t going for it. I’m gonna check up on him if he’s still there but I’m sure he will be. He’s very friendly and also scared. I hope he gets back home soon!
