Ann Wactlar He could have been out for weeks… I’ll definitely get the backstory, and proof of ownership before returning. I’m thinking he was dumped due to his condition.

I hope his owners are not found for neglecting him. If they are found, please don’t return him, call the police, animal abuse or say he is not with you. Anything to get more time to save this poor neglected puppy and find the forever home he deserves. Thank you for taking him in and caring for him. You are an angel ❤️😇
