We are open Monday – Saturday 9am – 6pm, and Sundays 9am – 5pm. We can also be reached through our Pet Helpline at 816-683-1383 to discuss reclaim further, or answer any additional questions. We offer a Reclaim Forgiveness Program for the first two days of impoundment. Through this program, all pet owners will have the opportunity to reclaim their pets from the shelter for no cost in the first two days of their arrival at the KC Campus for Animal Care.
