Christine Humphrey I didn't know you were the one the post above indicated took her from the finder. I was just trying to explain what could be done in the city. Sometimes a person holding and searching for 20 days gives the lost animal a better chance than BARCS' 3 day stray hold. Thx Christine

The girl refuses to tell me which yard. She started "finding" dogs after I refused to adopt one to them. The parents are addicts and simply told the girl to stop stealing dogs
