This is wonderful news. I hope the other one can be rescued. I’m so glad she or he has a home.😊😸

Sandi Nelson Just wanted to update you. She has been captured and taken to her new home. They’re scanning her but we’re doubtful she is chipped. She is incredibly friendly. My daughter walked right up and fed her then picked her up. She was very hungry so thank you for stopping the feeding. This made her capture so much easier. She definitely isn’t feral. Hopefully someone will trap the orange one that was below her in the drain. I’m sure it needs a home also.

Sandi Nelson I think if we can trap the grey the nurse will happily take him. She works at the office on Powell and walks every day with another nurse during lunch. I’m with you on the feral. I can help towards spay or neuter but with a dog and 4 cats at this moment, and the inherited one is known to fight, I can’t introduce any more cats here. The outdoor cats owners are moving to TN in June and leaving him here with his meds and a year of money for his canned food. He’s almost 15 and sort of took up residence here about a year ago. He is a cat door cat, or was, and potties in the house if she locks him in so he needs to stay here to not traumatize him with another move at his age. He’s precious and declawed but is a tough, tough cat somehow. He’s extremely loving and his owner says he’s decided I’m his new mom. So 2 rescued cats in my house for several years with a dominant female, a feral in a spare bedroom that’s empty for her, a dog, and an outside adoptee. We’re full at the inn.
