DESCRIPTION
I have seen this young female black cat roaming this neighborhood for the last couple of weeks. She is wearing a white flea collar, no ID. On one early morning recently while it was dark, she was meowing very mournfully like she's lost and been looking for . I finally got a good close-up pic. She was not afraid to let me get close enough to take it.
