Already posted on Nextdoor, roommate (the one who found him) is taking him to the vet today to check for chip. Thanks for the link, I’ll report finding him to the county and post on Fido now. Thanks for the help guys, we already have a high maintenance rescue, so we need to get him home ASAP.
