Ruger is an intact male and will be 2 yrs old on Feb 17, 2023. He was illegally surrendered by the dog watcher, who offered to care for him while I was in the hosp, despite knowing he’s a registered ESA. He was last seen at Mohnacky animal hosp of Escondido on Nov 14, 2022. The woman has blocked my families number and will not respond to police officers calls. He is a very sweet boy but most likely terrified and cautious. He does not bite and is not aggressive, he will bark though. He is roughly 90 lbs. Any information would be greatly appreciated as we just want to get our boy back .
