Get flyers posted everywhere. Not everyone uses social media. Shared Please contact police and file a missing dog report. If you live in a development that has security/public safety- notify them. Older dogs/disabled dogs usually travel downhill and towards water. Check embankments and ditches. Could be hiding scared under a porch/deck. Contact the dog warden, Jason Bell 570-350-0804 Contact all vets/shelters Place some unwashed owners clothing outside for scent Start cooking some tasty treats on an outdoor grill, slow cooker. Hot dogs, bacon work well POST FLIERS ASAP, not everyone uses social media. Try posting on the NextDoor app. Check under porches/decks. Check water areas including swimming pools. In colder weather, lakes, ponds and rivers can have thin ice. Dogs can not determine the ice is thin and can fall through it. Contact microchip company if microchipped.
