Charlie is a sweet 17yr old Shih Tzu. Mainly White with Grey around face & ears, and a few Tan patches. He's also wearing a red collar. My fur guy is very old, blind, has very little hearing, and doesn't walk too well. If you have or see him PLEASE contact me. He's also in need of daily medications. I just want him safely.
